Sprinkle Chilli Salt
NEW I’ve created a little sister for Drizzle, meet “Sprinkle” chilli salt, made all the same spices as the chilli oil, this salt is PACKED with umami warm spice. A dry spice option if you’re not feeling the olive oil, this is the perfect alternative.
It took me a long time to find the perfect salt, one that is chunky and had body, but also has a soft flaky feel so that it melts on food and crushes between your fingers. After finding a restaurant who had the perfect texture, I contacted them and sourced the same one: pure Australian flake sea salt!
Grab yourself a tube, sprinkle on crunchy potatoes, scrambled eggs, smashed avo, pasta or even use as a rub!!
